What delivery options do you have?
We offer Free next working day delivery on all orders (Order must be placed before 3pm for next working day delivery).
We use DPD Local and all deliveries are tracked, with SMS and email notification, and require a signature.
You will received a tracking number from BoxedTech when your order is completed for dispatch, and DPD will also email you the tracking details and a one hour delivery time slot.
How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
If an order is placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday, the order will be processed and despatched the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 3 pm Monday to Friday will be processed and despatched the next working day. Orders placed on the weekend, or on public holidays, will be processed and despatched next working day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastecard, PayPal and Klarna.
PayPal may offer their PayPal credit, and using Klarna to checkout you can choose pay in 30 days or pay over three instalments.
Are purchases covered under Warranty?
All BoxedTech product is covered by European Manufacturer Warranty.
What is your refund and returns policy?
Our Refund and Returns policy are detailed on our website https://boxedtech.com/terms-conditions.
All online purchases are subject to distance selling regulations; this allows Customers to purchase an item from BoxedTech and return the item should it not be required and not as expected, for a full refund within 14 Calendar days of receipt. To enable this, we require the item to be returned with a proof of purchase, in a resalable ‘as new’ condition.
If a fault occurs within 14 calendar days from purchase, then a refund or exchange would be available. Should your product become defective after 14 calendar days, then your product may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty period, and you should contact the manufacturer directly.

What does SIM Free & Unlocked Mean?
You will receive the mobile phone “Unlocked” without having to commit to any network, leaving you free to decide which SIM card to use in the device. This gives you the opportunity to find the most suitable plan, whether that’s contract or pay-as-you-go, throughout the lifetime of the phone. You also have the option to add a foreign SIM card, so you can use the mobile phone overseas.
